The foundation of this house on the west side of Cincinnati was in one of the worst conditions I have ever seen. Significant cracks and water leaks were present on 3 of the 4 walls.

We had to dig the entire house out and then push the walls back into place. Once we pushed the walls back, we reinforced them with steel I-beams and sealed the cracks from both the inside and outside of the walls.

We also waterproofed the basement on the interior and exterior of the house!

Interesting sidenote, once we finished the foundation repair and waterproofing, we replaced the front driveway and doubled its size. We also put in a large concrete patio in the backyard. It is safe to say this property is worth considerably more after these improvements!
