If you’re looking for a foundation repair company that truly practices what it preaches, check out these old photos from the time I fixed my own foundation.
To fix this bowed wall properly, we had to dig all the way down the outside wall to correct the wall. We then installed beams to keep the wall in place. Then we added a footer drain and exterior waterproofing. I dug all the way to the street to “daylight” my footer drain, which alleviates my sump pump!
I eventually went on to finish my basement, adding thousands of dollars of value to the home. While I am lucky to have the resources to complete a job like this, this is the same process we use to fix dozens of foundations every year. Give us a call to get an estimate on your basement. We can save you thousands of dollars over the big companies that use commission salesmen to pressure into ridiculous contracts.
